[edit]I have removed the sentence referring to Mordden's predecessors (David Ewen, etc.,) and the sentence that mentions Sylvia Fine Kaye. The section dealing with the predecessors is a purely gratutitous, subjective, highly opinionated observation and does not belong in an article like this, and the quote by Sylvia Fine Kaye was completely unsubstatiated. [edit]This page needs a bibliography of Ethan Mordden's work with publish dates.
